Cancellation instruction according to the consumer protection law for consumers acc. Section 1 (1) no.2 KSchG<\/strong><\/p>

ImageProduct points out that the products sold on this website are only intended for sale to trained color, style and image consultants as part of their business activities. Selling to consumers is only permitted in exceptional cases and after consultation with ImageProduct.<\/p>

If you purchase the goods as part of your business activity, the right of withdrawal below does not apply to you.<\/p>

This revocation instruction applies to contracts for goods from ImageProduct, concluded by means of distance communication (web shop, e-mail, etc.) with consumers according to the KSchG<\/p>

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days of delivery without giving any reason.<\/p>

If you revoke this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you.<\/p>

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>
